Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Message us — we cover a wide range of West Michigan campgrounds and will always do our best to get there. 🧹 Cleaning Fee $125 Our RV is delivered to you freshly cleaned, inspected, and guest-ready every single time. The cleaning fee covers our professional turnover between rentals so every guest gets the same great experience. 🔒 Security Deposit A fully refundable security deposit of $500 is collected at the time of booking. Your deposit is returned in full within 48 hours of pickup, provided the RV is in the same condition it was delivered. We've had wonderful guests over the years and rarely have issues — this is simply standard protection for both parties and gives everyone peace of mind. 🔥 Propane A flat propane fee of $60 is included in your booking. This covers two full tanks at delivery. 🚿 Pump Out A pump out fee of $45 applies to standard stays. 🐾 Pet Policy We love pets! Two well-behaved pets are welcome with a $50 pet fee per pet added at booking. Please clean up after your pet inside and outside the RV. Additional pets or undisclosed pets may result in a deduction from your security deposit. Early bird discount applies to the nightly rate only, not fees or deposits. ❌ Cancellation Policy We understand that plans sometimes change. Here's our cancellation policy: Cancellation Timing Refund 60+ days before arrival-Full refund 30–59 days before arrival-50% refund of nightly rate Under 30 days before arrival-No refund on nightly rate Delivery & Set-Up charge, cleaning fee, and pet fee are non-refundable once delivery has been scheduled.
